Ingredients
  • 1 (8.5 oz) package corn bread mix
  • 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 c unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
  • 1 (15 oz) can creamed corn

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a mixing bowl, butter, creamed corn, stir this together the sour cream, corn nibblets & corn muffin mix.
  • Step #3 Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish & bake for 40 mins.
