Coconut Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 c graham cracker crumbs (about 32 squares)
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 (14 oz) package flaked coconut

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, mix the cracker crumbs, sugar & butter; press into an ungreased 13-in.
  • Step #2 x 9-in.
  • Step #3 x 2-in.
  • Step #4 baking pan.
  • Step #5 Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 mins.
  • Step #6 Combine coconut & milk; spread over crust.
  • Step #7 Bake 15 mins longer.
  • Step #8 Melt chocolate chips & peanut butter; spread over top.
  • Step #9 Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
