Ingredients
  • 12 oz fat free cream cheese, room temperature .
  • 2 egg whites .
  • 1/2 c Splenda granular .
  • 1 large egg .
  • 12 reduced-fat vanilla wafers .
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla .
  • 3 oz cream cheese, room temperature

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 line muffin tins with 12 foil wrap ccakes papers, place vanilla waffers on the bottom of each.
  • Step #3 in mixing bowl, beat cream cheese & fat free cream cheese until smooth.
  • Step #4 add slpenda & vanilla & mix well.
  • Step #5 add eggs & beat until smooth.
  • Step #6 pour cheesecake mixture into muffin tins.
  • Step #7 bake for 20 mins or unil centers are almost set.
  • Step #8 refridgerate 2 hrs.
