Ingredients
  • 1/2 large green bell pepper, sliced .
  • salt & pepper, to taste .
  • 6 slices bacon .
  • 6 ears corn, husked & cleaned

Directions
  • Step #1 Slice corn off of cob & scrape cob to release the milk, Set aside.
  • Step #2 Place bacon In a large-ish, deep skillet.
  • Step #3 Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
  • Step #4 Crumble & set aside.
  • Step #5 Retain 2 tbsps of the bacon grease in the pan & fry pepper just until softened.
  • Step #6 Add the corn & cook this until tender.
  • Step #7 Stir in the crumbled bacon & cook 1 more min.
