Cranberry-pumpkin Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin pie filling .
  • 1 tsp ground cloves .
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon .
  • 1 c fresh cranberries .
  • 8 eggs .
  • 1/4 c vanilla extract .
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg .
  • 4 c milk .
  • 1 loaf stale bread, cubed .
  • 1 c granulated sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook's Note: Day-old biscuits or croissants are best for this recipe.
  • Step #2 You will need enough to fill a 9 by 13-inch baking dish.
  • Step #3 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #4 In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients, except for bread & cranberries.
  • Step #5 Fill a 9 by 13-inch baking dish with bread cubes.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top cranberries over bread cubes.
  • Step #7 Pour custard mixture over bread cubes, making sure that all cubes are submerged (push cubes down if necessary).
  • Step #8 Bake for about 1 hr, or until pudding is set.
  • Step #9 Serve warm.
