Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs .
  • Topping .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 c butter .
  • 2/3 c milk .
  • 9 pineapple rings .
  • 9 maraschino cherries .
  • 3 tsps baking powder .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 3/4 c brown sugar .
  • 1 c sugar .
  • 1 2/3 c flour .
  • 1/2 c butter .
  • Cake

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt 1/4 c butter in an 8"pan.
  • Step #2 Stir in brown sugar.
  • Step #3 Arrange pineapple on top & place a cherry in each pineapple hole.
  • Step #4 Set aside.
  • Step #5 In bowl cream butter & sugar.
  • Step #6 Add eggs & beat until very light & fluffy.
  • Step #7 Mix dry ingredients in another bowl.
  • Step #8 Beat dry ingredients into egg mixture alternately with milk.
  • Step #9 Add vanilla.
  • Step #10 Bake 350 for 30-35 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Step #11 Invert cake on plate.
