• 1 c sour cream .
• 1/2 c butter .
• 1 tbsp chives, sliced .
• 1/4 c heavy cream .
• salt & pepper

• Step #1 Preheat oven to 350.
• Step #2 Pour the sour cream & cream into baking dish.
• Step #3 Carefully slip the eggs into it from a c one by one.
• Step #4 Dot with butter; sprinkle with chives.
• Step #5 Bake at 350 about 15 mins or until eggs are set.
