Step #2 Take a microwave safe container & loose fitting lid.
Step #3 2.
Step #4 Place your fruit c or serving of fruit in with the flour.
Step #5 3.
Step #6 I use the little pre-measured/ pre-portioned fruit c snack things for kids.
Step #7 I think Dole & Walmart make them.
Step #8 Anyways, they are the best for this.
Step #9 But you can also use one serving of any fruit or fruit mix ( ie.
Step #10 pears, pinapple chunks, peaches in syrup, fruit cocktail, etc.
Step #11 ) as long as it is in syrup or juice.
Step #12 And be sure it is one serving according to the can directions.
Step #13 The fruit c I use are 113 grams.
Step #14 4.
Step #15 Mix the ingredients until all is moist or wet.
Step #16 Spread the fruit evenly along the container.
Step #17 5.
Step #18 Now microwave the mix with the lid loosely on for about 45 seconds.
Step #19 6.
Step #20 If the center is still liquidy you can heat more or use it as a dip or topping for whatever you like.
Step #21 I recommend heating longer but be cautious not to over cook & dry the edges out.
Step #22 7.
Step #23 Wait for it too cool & then enjoy.
Step #24 8.
Step #25 I commonly eat this with yogurt, ice cream, marshmallow creme, or cool whip.
Step #26 9.
Step #27 As for the dipping into the batter, if you will, I use animal crackers or fig newtons.
Step #28 I do warn you that it is kinda tangy or sour like.
Step #29 I have a weird taste for that sort of thing.
Step #30 TO Lollyskid: You may have different tastes than me, that is if you used the Great Value (walmart) version of "pineapple tid bits" & just the one little serving to 1/4 c flour.
Step #31 I am sure you can find something on here though.
Step #32 10.
Step #33 10.
Step #34 Right now, I can say from experience of testing different types, my favorite is the pineapple tidbits in syrup with a side of ice cream.
