Ginger Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce .
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed .
  • 1 tbsp candied ginger .
  • 1 c mayonnaise .
  • 1 dash salt .
  • 1/4 c onions, finely sliced .
  • 1 c sour cream .
  • 1/4 c watercress, finely sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all ingredients together by hand & let sit overnight in the fridge.
  • Step #2 Serve with celery sticks, cucumbers, jicima, carrots & other veggies of your choice.
