Date Shake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 10 dates .
  • 1 c milk .
  • 10 ice cubes ((or more)

Directions
  • Step #1 Chop up the dates quite finely, until sticky.
  • Step #2 I recommend: First halve, & then mince all the dates.
  • Step #3 Then, run your knife through them until they are almost like a paste.
  • Step #4 Put them in your hand mixer, mixer, or smoothie maker.
  • Step #5 Add in the about half the milk & mix until mixd.
  • Step #6 Don't worry, the dates won't stick to the bottom! Add in a few (3) of the ice cubes, & mix until smooth.
  • Step #7 Add the rest of the ice cubes in small increments, along with some of the milk.
