Apple Oven Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

2 large eggs .
1/2 c milk .
2 tbsps packed brown sugar .
1/2 c all-purpose flour .
1/4 tsp salt .
1 granny smith apples (1 c thin sliced) .
2 tbsps butter .
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Step #1 Heat oven to 400F degrees.
Step #2 Melt butter in pie plate in oven; brush on sides of pie plate.
Step #3 Sprinkle top 2 tbsp brown sugar & cinnamon over butter.
Step #4 Arrange apple over sugar in counterclockwise direction.
Step #5 Beat eggs slightly in med bowl with whisk or beater.
Step #6 Beat in remaining ingredients just until mixed.
Step #7 Pour into pie plate.
Step #8 Bake 30-35 mins until puffy & deep golden brown.
Step #9 IMMEDIATELY loosen edge of pancake & turn upside down onto plate.
