Raspberry Ameretto Poundcake Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c frozen sweetened raspberries .
  • 3-4 tbsps Amaretto .
  • 1/2 c walnuts, crushed .
  • 1 (1 oz) box vanilla instant pudding mix .
  • 3-4 c leftover butter lb cake .
  • 2 c whipped topping

Directions
  • Step #1 Break the cake into kinda small chunks, but not crumbs, & place this in an appropiate container.
  • Step #2 Sprinkle top Ameretto over top, & toss.
  • Step #3 Let set to soak for 1 hr.
  • Step #4 make pudding mix according to package directions.
  • Step #5 When it begins to set, spoon it over the cake mixture.
  • Step #6 Spread the raspberries over the pudding.
  • Step #7 spoon whipped topping over top, & sprinkle with the sliced walnuts.
  • Step #8 Refrigerate.
