- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled & sliced .
- 1/4 c sliced green onions .
- 1 (2 1/4 oz) can sliced ripe olives, drained .
- 1/2 c homemade gourmet maria's special hot sauce, prepared .
- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream .
- 1 (16 oz) can fat-free refried beans
Directions
- Step #1 1.
- Step #2 In a 9-inch pie plate, mix beans & hot sauce; stir until well mixed.
- Step #3 Spread mixture evenly over the bottom of pie plate.
- Step #4 Add taco mix to sour cream.
- Step #5 & stir until well mixed; spread over bean mixture.
- Step #6 2.
- Step #7 Layer dip with cheese, tomatoes, avocado, green onions & olives.
- Step #8 3.
- Step #9 Cover up & chill 1 hr; serve this with chips.
