Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 c water .
  • 1/2 c olive oil .
  • 1 c sugar .
  • 1 1/2 c flour .
  • 1/4 tsp allspice .
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon .
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg .
  • 2 eggs, beaten .
  • 1 tsp baking soda .
  • 1/2 c sliced walnuts (optional) .
  • 1 c canned pumpkin puree

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350-degrees F & grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  • Step #2 Stir together flour, sugar, salt, & baking soda.
  • Step #3 In a separate bowl, eggs, & spices together, oil, mix the pumpkin, then mix with the dry ingredients, water, until just mixd.
  • Step #4 If using walnuts, carefully fold inches Pour mixture into loaf pan & bake 50-60 mins until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.
  • Step #5 Turn out of the pan & let cool on a rack.
  • Step #6 Makes one loaf.
