Chocolate Pudding Cakev Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (3.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3/4 c vegetable oil
  • 1 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c water
  • 1 (18.25 oz) package chocolate cake mix
  • 2 c sour cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Grease & flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
  • Step #3 In a large bowl, stir this together cake mix & pudding mix.
  • Step #4 Make a well in the center & pour in sour cream, eggs, water & oil.
  • Step #5 Beat on lowish speed until mixed.
  • Step #6 Scrape bowl, & beat 4 mins on medium speed.
  • Step #7 Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Step #8 Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Step #9 Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  • Step #10 Let cool in pan for 10 mins, then turn out onto a serving plate.
  • Step #11 Serve warm.
  • Step #12 Alternate cooking directions: Pour batter into a 5 quart slow cooker that has been coated with non stick cooking spray.
  • Step #13 Cover & cook on low for 6 hrs.
  • Step #14 Spoon into individual dishes.
