Step #1 Roast the nuts in a pre-heated 300F degree F.
Step #2 oven for 10 to 15 mins.
Step #3 Peel, core & quarter apples.
Step #4 If dates & raisins are clumped, separate them.
Step #5 Place apples, dates & raisins in a food processor/blender & pulse chop until coarsely sliced (about 6 pulses) then process continuously for about 12 seconds, stopping to scrape down sides of bowl as necessary.
Step #6 Add cinnamon, juice & nuts & pulse chop about 7 pulses until coarsely sliced.
