Step #1 For orange whipped cream, in a small bowl, beat cream, with a handheld electric mixer on medium-high speed, sugar & orange zest until soft peaks form.
Step #2 Refrigerate while making pudding.
Step #3 For pudding, in a medium saucepan, mix sugar & cornstarch; whisk in milk, cream & salt until mixed.
Step #4 Cook over med-heat/flame, whisking carefully, just until mixture thickens & comes to a boil.
Step #5 Remove pan from heat; stir in the chocolate, butter & vanilla until smooth.
Step #6 With handheld electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat until light & fluffy.
Step #7 Divide pudding to 4 (6 oz) ramekins; top each with a dollop of Orange Whipped Cream.
