Head Cheese1896 Kick To The Head Coleslaw Mountain Country Cat Head Biscuits Lump-free Mashed Potatoes Make-ahead Mashed Potatoes Fire Roasted Beef Tenderloin With M Head Cheese Make-ahead Mashed Potatoes Company Mashed Potato Buds Cheesy Mashed Potatoes Garlic Mashed Potatoes Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes Almost Mashed Potatoes Sous Aka Head Cheese Koko Head- 1 garlic clove .
- 10 lbs potatoes .
- pepper .
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt .
- 1/2 c butter, in stick form .
- paprika .
- 8 oz cream cheese .
- 1 c sour cream .
- salt
Directions
- Step #1 Skin the potatoes & boil until soft.
- Step #2 Mix all ingredients together (except butter & paprika & divide into 3 greased 9X13 inch pans.
- Step #3 Cut butter into cubes & spread about the pan.
- Step #4 Sprinkle top paprika on top.
- Step #5 Bake at 400F degrees for 60 mins or until golden brown.
- Step #6 *These will keep for 3 days in the fridge or you can wrap & freeze them.
- Step #7 If you choose to freeze them, when ready to eat remove & bring to room temp before baking.
