Step #1 Skin the potatoes & boil until soft.
Step #2 Mix all ingredients together (except butter & paprika & divide into 3 greased 9X13 inch pans.
Step #3 Cut butter into cubes & spread about the pan.
Step #4 Sprinkle top paprika on top.
Step #5 Bake at 400F degrees for 60 mins or until golden brown.
Step #6 *These will keep for 3 days in the fridge or you can wrap & freeze them.
Step #7 If you choose to freeze them, when ready to eat remove & bring to room temp before baking.
