Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise .
  • 8 large eggs, hard-boiled & peeled .
  • salt & pepper .
  • paprika .
  • 2 tbsps mustard .
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)

Directions
  • Step #1 Carefully slice the eggs in half lengthwise & remove the yolks.
  • Step #2 Mash the yolks in a small bowl.
  • Step #3 Mix in the mayo, mustard, & pepper sauce until well mixed.
  • Step #4 Spice up to taste with salt & pepper.
  • Step #5 Spoon or pipe the filling into the hollows of the whites, mounding it slightly.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top lightly with paprika to garnish.
  • Step #7 Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hrs & serve cold.
