Ingredients
1/4 c mayonnaise .
8 large eggs, hard-boiled & peeled .
salt & pepper .
paprika .
2 tbsps mustard .
1 tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)
Directions
Step #1 Carefully slice the eggs in half lengthwise & remove the yolks.
Step #2 Mash the yolks in a small bowl.
Step #3 Mix in the mayo, mustard, & pepper sauce until well mixed.
Step #4 Spice up to taste with salt & pepper.
Step #5 Spoon or pipe the filling into the hollows of the whites, mounding it slightly.
Step #6 Sprinkle top lightly with paprika to garnish.
Step #7 Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hrs & serve cold.
