Stuffed Pitas Recipe

Ingredients
  • salad dressing .
  • 1/2 c exotic mixed mushrooms .
  • 1/2 c cooked fresh corn .
  • 1 c shredded nonfat cheddar cheese .
  • 1 tsp ground cumin, see note .
  • 1/2 c broccoli florets, sliced .
  • 1 tomato, sliced .
  • 4 whole wheat pita bread .
  • 1 c zucchini, sliced .
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Sprinkle top on the Mrs.
  • Step #2 Dash or Cumin.
  • Step #3 Cook the zucchini, broccoli & mushrooms in the microwave for about 5 mins.
  • Step #4 Add the tomato, corn, pepper & cheese to the mix.
  • Step #5 Drizzle on dressing.
  • Step #6 mix.
  • Step #7 Stuff the pitas & serve.
  • Step #8 Note Omit the cumin & use Mrs.
  • Step #9 Dash Onion & Herb mix instead or use another of your favorit Mrs.
  • Step #10 Dash's.
  • Step #11 Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Step #12 Use your favorite salad dressing.
  • Step #13 In this case I used Ken's Fat Free Sundried Tomato.
