Step #1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step #2 In a large bow, mix flour,baking soda, cornmeal, baking powder, & salt.
Step #3 Mix well.
Step #4 In a medium bowl, honey, butter chilies, mix buttermilk, egg cottage cheese, & corn.
Step #5 Beat with a whisk until well mixed.
Step #6 Add wet/corn ingredients to flour mixture & stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Step #7 Pour batter into an 8X8 inch bakng pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
Step #8 Bake for 35 mins or until a wooden toothpick inserted in cente comes out clean.
Step #9 Cut into 9 squares & serve warm.
