Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese .
1/2 c crushed fresh garlic .
1 tbsp dry mustard .
1 tbsp salt .
6 large eggs .
1 1/2 c olive oil .
1/4 c fresh parsley, stemmed .
2 tbsps fresh lemon juice .
1 tbsp lea&perrins worcestershire sauce .
1 1/2 oz anchovy paste .
1/3 c red wine vinegar .
1 tbsp black pepper

Directions

Step #1 Combine all ingredients in mixer.
Step #2 Blend 20 seconds on high, then 20 seconds on low.
Step #3 DO NOT OVERBLEND as it will cause eggs to cook & ruin the texture of the dressing.
Step #4 Toss into your favorite Caesar mix or Greek salad.
