Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sour cream .
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can whole corn, drained .
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) box Jiffy corn muffin mix .
  • 1 (14 3/4 oz) can creamed corn .
  • 1/2 c melted butter .
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 In large bowl, stir this together ingredients until mixd.
  • Step #3 Place mixd ingredients into greased, two quart cassarole.
  • Step #4 Bake, for 45 mins, uncovered, or until set.
