Be-deviled Pork Buns Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 onion, minced .
  • 1/2 c beer .
  • 1-2 tsp ground red pepper (like cayenne) .
  • yellow mustard .
  • 1 tsp ground cumin .
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed (or more) .
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander .
  • 4 hamburger buns .
  • 1 lb ground pork .
  • dill pickle relish or dill pickle slices

Directions
  • Step #1 In a skillet, crumble the pork & cook this until no longer pink inside.
  • Step #2 Stir in the beer, garlic & onion; simmer for 20 - 30 mins.
  • Step #3 Stir in the ground pepper, cumin & coriander.
  • Step #4 Mix well & let simmer for 5 - 10 mins to let the flavors mix.
  • Step #5 Serve on buns topped with mustard & dill pickle relish/chips.
