Cinnamon Bread Delight Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c applesauce
2 c sugar
2 tsps ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 c milk
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsps cinnamon sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 (5.1 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 c all-purpose flour

Directions

Step #1 Preheat oven to 325F degrees F (165 degrees C).
Step #2 Grease two 5x9 inch loaf pans.
Step #3 In a large bowl, pudding mix, baking powder, sugar, salt, mix the flour, baking soda, & cinnamon.
Step #4 In a separate bowl, applesauce, oil, mix the milk, eggs, & vanilla.
Step #5 Stir the milk mixture into the flour mixture until smooth.
Step #6 Sprinkle top the bottoms of the loaf pans with cinnamon sugar, & divide the batter between the 2 pans.
Step #7 Bake 1 hr in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a loaf comes out clean.
