Ingredients
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced .
  • 1/8 c olive oil .
  • 1 tsp coarse salt .
  • 1/3 c lemon juice .
  • 1/8 c tahini .
  • 2 (15 1/2 oz) cans chickpeas

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain chickpeas reserving 1/4 c of the liquid.
  • Step #2 Place all ingredients in a food processor/blender.
  • Step #3 Process until all ingredients are smooth.
  • Step #4 Add a little of the reserved liqid from the chickpeas & process again.
  • Step #5 Add more liquid if thinner consistency is desired.
