Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz ham, sliced .
  • 1/2 c peas .
  • 1 1/2 tsps sesame oil (optional) .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 c vegetable oil .
  • 12 shrimp, shelled & deveined .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps soy sauce (Kikkoman) .
  • 3 stalks green onions, finely sliced .
  • 4 c cooked rice (left over) .
  • 3 eggs, beaten .
  • 1/2 c maui onions, sliced .
  • fresh ginger, minced (to taste)

Directions
  • Step #1 Add vegeble oil in heated pan.
  • Step #2 Stir fry the peas, maui onion, shrimp & ham for a min.
  • Step #3 Add soy sauce.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat.
  • Step #5 Add remaining oil.
  • Step #6 Scramble eggs, lightly.
  • Step #7 Add rice -- make sure there are no clumps.
  • Step #8 Add salt, green onions & the ham/shrimp mixture.
  • Step #9 Serve hot or cold.
