Butterscotch Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps flour .
  • 3/4 c light brown sugar .
  • 3 egg yolks .
  • 2 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Cream sugar & egg yolks.
  • Step #2 Add flour to make paste.
  • Step #3 Then add milk a little at a time until well mixed.
  • Step #4 Cook over med-heat/flame, stirring constantly until roll boil & thick.
  • Step #5 Remove from heat & cool.
  • Step #6 Add butter the size of walnut & stir until well mixed.
  • Step #7 This makes a good butterscotch pie or pudding.
