2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp curry powder, optional
2 1/2 lbs potatoes, peeled & cubed
2 c whole milk, or as needed
Directions
Step #1
Place potatoes in a large pot with enough water to cover.
Step #2 Bring to a boil, & cook this until tender, about 10 mins; drain.
Step #3 Meanwhile, place bacon in a large deep skillet.
Step #4 Cook over medium-high heat until evenly browned.
Step #5 Drain, crumble, & set aside until potatoes are done.
Step #6 Add the bacon, potato soup, & curry powder to the potato pot, corn, milk, mushroom soup, & let simmer over med-heat/flame at least 15 mins, stirring often.
Step #7 Spice up to taste with salt & pepper, & serve.
