Mango Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c sugar (for mangos) .
  • 3/4 c milk .
  • 1 pinch salt .
  • 2-3 c frozen sliced mangoes .
  • 1 1/2 tsps baking powder .
  • 1/3-1/2 c butter .
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar .
  • 1 c flour .
  • 1 c sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 thaw mangos, cover with 3/4 c sugar, set aside.
  • Step #2 Mix well after several mins.
  • Step #3 preheat your trusty oven to 350, put butter in shallow baking dish or casserole dish, place this in oven & melt butter.
  • Step #4 mix remaining dry ingredients EXCEPT BROWN SUGAR.
  • Step #5 Add milk, mix well.
  • Step #6 pour batter into butter in dish- DO NOT MIX! pour mangos into batter- DO NOT MIX! sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • Step #7 put in oven & bake for approximately 35-50 mins depending on how shallow/deep dish is.
