  • 1 1/2 lbs cube beef .
  • pepper .
  • salt .
  • flour .
  • egg noodles .
  • seasoning .
  • sour cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Brown the beef.
  • Step #2 add flour to cover beef.
  • Step #3 pour can of beef broth mix together.
  • Step #4 let simmer.
  • Step #5 cook egg noodles.
  • Step #6 10 min before serving add sour cream.
  • Step #7 serve on top of noodles.
  • Step #8 with french bread & french cut green beans.
