Cherrycebox Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (9 inch) prepared vanilla wafer crust
  • 2 (14 oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz) can pitted sour cherries, drained
  • 1/3 c lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a large bowl, beat the eggs well.
  • Step #3 In another bowl, mix together milk & lemon juice, & add to the eggs.
  • Step #4 Stir in pie cherries.
  • Step #5 Divide filling into crusts.
  • Step #6 Place pies in the preheated oven & bake for 15 mins.
  • Step #7 Remove from oven & chill for at least 2 hrs.
