Camp Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe

Step #1 Cut 12 large squares of aluminum foil wrap.
Step #2 Cut doughnuts in half the way you would a bagel.
Step #3 Spread the cut side of each doughnut half with 1 tsp of butter & sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar.
Step #4 Top half of the doughnuts with a pineapple slice, then with the other halves of the doughnuts.
Step #5 Seal each doughnut tightly in foil wrap.
Step #6 Lay over medium coals for about 10-15 mins, turning halfway through.
Step #7 Open carefully as it will be very hot.
