Egg Roll Wrap Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c ice water .
  • 2 c sifted flour .
  • cornstarch .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1 egg

Directions
  • Step #1 Sift flour & salt into a large bowl.
  • Step #2 Make a well & add eggs & water Stir with a fork until dough holds together & leaves bowl clean.
  • Step #3 Turn out onto lightly floured surface.
  • Step #4 Knead until smooth - about 5 mins.
  • Step #5 Cover up dough with the bowl & let this stand for 30 mins.
  • Step #6 Divide into fourths.
  • Step #7 Dust pastry board with cornstarch.
  • Step #8 Roll each fourth to a 14 x 11 inch rectangle.
  • Step #9 Cut into 3 1/2 inch squares.
  • Step #10 (The cornstarch prevents them from sticking together).
