Passover Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs .
  • 2 tsps sugar .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 2 c matzo meal .
  • 1 c water .
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small bowl mix the matzo meal, salt & sugar.
  • Step #2 In a medium saucepan bring the water & oil to a boil; add in the matzo meal mixture, mix to mix with a wooden spoon.
  • Step #3 Beat in eggs vigorously with wooden spoon.
  • Step #4 Cover up & put in the fridge for 1 hr.
  • Step #5 Using oiled hands shape into 12 oval balls, then place on a well-greased baking sheet.
  • Step #6 Bake 400F degrees for about 50 mins or until golden brown.
