Ingredients
  • 2 (16 oz) cans chickpeas or garbanzo beans .
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt .
  • 1/2 tsp cumin .
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce .
  • 1/4 c lemon juice .
  • 8 minced garlic cloves .
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne .
  • 1/2 tsp coriander .
  • 1/2 c tahini .
  • 6 tbsps olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all together in food processor/blender.
  • Step #2 Blend until smooth.
  • Step #3 Chill before serving with pita bread or pita chips.
