Cone Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2/3 c milk
  • 1 3/4 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 c white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c butter, softened
  • 24 flat bottomed ice cream cones
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tsps baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Cream butter & sugar together well in mixing bowl.
  • Step #3 Beat in eggs 1 at a time.
  • Step #4 Mix in vanilla.
  • Step #5 Measure flour, baking powder & salt into small bowl.
  • Step #6 Stir.
  • Step #7 Add milk to butter mixture in 2 parts alternately with flour mixture in 3 parts, beginning & ending with flour.
  • Step #8 Fill cones about 3/4 full leaving the batter 1/2 inch from top.
  • Step #9 Place filled cones on a baking tray.
  • Step #10 Bake in oven for about 15 to 20 mins until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Step #11 You can use a Lemon Icing, Green Butter Icing or a Peanut Butter Icing or a combination of all.
