Ingredients
  • 1 c beef broth (I dissolve a boullion cube in one c water) .
  • 1/2 c sliced celery .
  • 6 eggs .
  • 2 tbsps parsley flakes .
  • 1 3/4 loaves white bread .
  • 1/2 c sliced onions .
  • salt & pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 Grease & flour 9X13 inches baking pan.
  • Step #3 Tear up bread into small pieces.
  • Step #4 Mix bread, celery, parsley, salt, onions, & pepper In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #5 Add eggs & mix lightly until moistened.
  • Step #6 Add 3/4 c of beef broth slowly while mixing.
  • Step #7 (Don't over mix.
  • Step #8 You just want everything to stick together.
  • Step #9 Spread mixture in baking pan.
  • Step #10 Pour 1/4 c of beef broth on top of filling.
  • Step #11 Cover up with foil wrap & bake for 45 mins.
  • Step #12 Take foil wrap cover off & bake for 15 mins.
