Chocolate Eclair Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (16 oz) package prepared chocolate frosting
  • 2 individual packages graham crackers
  • 3 c milk
  • 2 (3 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions
  • Step #1 Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with graham crackers.
  • Step #2 In a large bowl, mix pudding mix & milk.
  • Step #3 Stir well.
  • Step #4 Stir in whipped topping to pudding mixture.
  • Step #5 Spread half of mixture over graham cracker layer.
  • Step #6 Top with another layer of graham crackers & the remaining pudding.
  • Step #7 Top all with a final layer of graham crackers & frost with chocolate frosting.
  • Step #8 Refrigerate until serving.
