Step #1 Dissolve Jello in 3 c of water & add pineapple.
Step #2 Pour into a 13x9 glass dish & chill until almost set, about 45 mins - 1 hr.
Step #3 In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese & cool whip until smooth.
Step #4 Carefully spread over jello & chill for 30 mins.
Step #5 In a saucepan over med-heat/flame, egg yolks & reserved pineapple juice & bring to a boil, lemon juice, water, mix sugar, flour, stirring constantly.
Step #6 Cook about 1 min or until mixture thickens then allow it to cool.
Step #7 Carefully spread above mixture over cream cheese layer & chill for at least an hr before serving.
