Directions
Step #1 Cut tempen.
Step #2 Tempeh -- into small chunks then steam over simmering water for 10 mins.
Step #3 Pam a skillet & over high heat add the tempeh.
Step #4 Cook until golden & crisp.
Step #5 About 6 mins -- give or take one.
Step #6 Drizzle the soy sauce over the tempeh & cook for another min.
Step #7 Remove from heat & cool.
Step #8 You have to remove this from heat to cool get it.

In a small bowl mix the garlic, the lemon juice & 1 tsps no 1 tbsps Wait why are they both here? I'm seeing double -- Oh it's 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp water.
