Enchilada Quick Roll Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 green olives .
  • 1/4 c jalapenos, sliced .
  • 2 lbs hamburger .
  • 1 yellow onion .
  • 1 head lettuce .
  • 12 corn tortillas .
  • vegetable oil .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 2 (8 oz) packages taco seasoning .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • 6 c of graded longhorn cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 First in 3/4 c of water, add your 2 packets of taco sauce, heat over stove till it is disolved.
  • Step #2 Set aside for later.
  • Step #3 Pour your oil into your frying pan & cook your tortillias not too soft but not too hard.
  • Step #4 Put aside for later.
  • Step #5 Now in a heavy skillett fry your hamburger till it is done.
  • Step #6 Now chop your lettuce up & still into hamburger & fry it down halfway soft.
  • Step #7 Chop your Onion & halapino up & place this in skillet with hamburger, cook down.
  • Step #8 Add your salt & pepper.
  • Step #9 Dip your tortillias in the taco sauce & lay them in your cake pan to be rolled.
  • Step #10 Place about 2 tbsp of fryed mixture into your tortillia & roll tightly.
  • Step #11 When finished top this with cheese.
  • Step #12 Cook for 30 mins on 350.
  • Step #13 Garnish with green olives to look like flowers piminto facing middle.
