Passover Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1 c matzo meal .
  • 1/3 c oil .
  • 1 c water .
  • 4 eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
  • Step #2 In a 2 quart pot, bring water, oil & salt to a boil.
  • Step #3 Remove from heat & add matzo meal & stir until it forms a ball.
  • Step #4 Add eggs, one at a time, beating until each egg is incorporated before adding another.
  • Step #5 Drop in oval shape on greased cookie sheet for sandwich style rolls (makes 10 rolls) or fill a greased muffin tin (makes 12 muffins).
  • Step #6 Bake for 30 mins.
