8 large potatoes, peeled, & cubed into 1-inch squares .
2 (14 3/4 oz) cans corn, with juice .
2 quarts milk
Directions
Step #1 In a lg.
Step #2 pot, put in potatoes, & onions, & 2 tsps salt.
Step #3 Add enough water to cover all.
Step #4 Let come to a boil.
Step #5 Boil about 15 mins.
Step #6 Drain out water, just leaving enough liquid to cover potatoes.
Step #7 Add corn & juice of corn, creamed corn, bacon, milk, & evaporated milk.
Step #8 Stir.
Step #9 Add stick of margarine, & stir as it melts, to mix inches Heat on med.
Step #10 for 20 mins.
Step #11 If you want to thicken the chowder, by adding about 1/2 c flour into 2 c COLD water, then add about 1/3 at a time into chowder, do so now, mixing well to remove lumps, until you get desired consistency.
