Step #1
Line an 8x8 or 9x9 inch square pan with waxed paper.
Step #2 In a medium saucepan, sugar, mix butter, salt & half & half.
Step #3 Heat until boiling, stirring every once in awhile.
Step #4 Boil for 5 mins, stirring enough to keep from scorching.
Step #5 Remove from heat & stir in the the marshmallows, & cherry chips.
Step #6 Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
Step #7 In the microwave or in a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water, melt chocolate chips, & peanut butter together stirring frequently until smooth.
Step #8 Spread over the mixture in the pan.
Step #9 Refrigerate for 2 hrs before cutting into squares.
