Cheddar-vegetable Stuffed Shells Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c frozen mixed vegetables .
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed .
  • 2 tbsps butter, melted .
  • 12 large pasta shells (make extra incase they break) .
  • 1 1/2 c cheese, cubed

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Step #2 Cook shells according to package directions.
  • Step #3 Drain, rinse in cold water, dry on paper towel.
  • Step #4 Place shells in a 9in square baking pan.
  • Step #5 In a small bowl, stir this together veggies & cheese.
  • Step #6 Stuff each shell with 1/4 c of mixture.
  • Step #7 In a small bowl stir this together melted butter & dill weed, brush over shells.
  • Step #8 Cover up, bake for 20-25 mins or until heated through.
