Raspberry Fluff Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed .
  • 1/2 c raspberry sauce .
  • 1/2 c cold water .
  • 3 c fresh raspberries, thawed & drained or 10 oz frozen raspberries, thawed & drained .
  • 2 c boiling water .
  • 1 (6 oz) box raspberry gelatin powder

Directions
  • Step #1 Completely dissolve the raspberry gelatin in the boiling water.
  • Step #2 Add cold water.
  • Step #3 Stir in the raspberry sauce.
  • Step #4 Cool until thickened but not firm.
  • Step #5 Whip the gelatin until frothy & lighter in color.
  • Step #6 Fold the whipped topping into the whipped gelatin until there are no white streaks.
  • Step #7 Gently fold the raspberries into the mixture.
  • Step #8 Use a few berries for decoration.
  • Step #9 Refrigerate until firm, about three hrs.
