  • 2 tsps baking soda .
  • 2 tsps vanilla .
  • Cake .
  • 12 oz cream cheese .
  • 4 c peeled sliced baking apples, sliced very thin .
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil .
  • 1/2-3/4 c sliced walnuts .
  • Frosting .
  • 2 c flour, heaped .
  • 3 tbsps butter .
  • 2 c sugar .
  • 3/4 c powdered sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 In greased 13" by 9" pan.
  • Step #2 mix & bake this at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
  • Step #3 mix frosting ingredients & spread on cooled cake.
