Ingredients
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 c white sugar
  • 2 c cold water
  • 2 tsps distilled white vinegar
  • 2 tsps baking soda
  • 3 c all-purpose flour
  • 5/8 c unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2/3 c vegetable oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all ingredients right in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Step #2 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 mins.
  • Step #3 Remove from oven & cool.
  • Step #4 Frost with your favorite frosting.
  • Step #5 .
