Ingredients
  • 1/4 c 1% low-fat milk .
  • 1/2 tsp grated lime zest .
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg .
  • 3/4 c low-fat vanilla yogurt .
  • 1/2 lime, juice of .
  • 1 c frozen mangoes

Directions
  • Step #1 Place mango, yogurt, milk & lime zest in mixer.
  • Step #2 Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the mixer.
  • Step #3 Add nutmeg & mix.
  • Step #4 Add a little more milk if the consistency is too thick.
